We start with what's actually going on — what shifted since last time, what didn't, what surprised you. No grand framings, no jargon. Just a straight read on where you are this week.
We pick one thing and go after it. A problem to solve, a feeling to sit with, a habit to redesign. I'll ask the questions that move us forward — not the ones that loop in circles.
You'll leave with one small, concrete thing to try this week — small enough that you'll actually do it. Mid-week I'll send a quick Voxer voice note to check in. No homework you can fail.
